Raw Fruit Salad

This is a simple, but a effective and delicious meal or snack.

When you are feeling a cold coming on, having stomach problems, or just need something to satisfy your taste buds on a summer day, this salad is perfectly packed with vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, and sweetness.

Serves: 1 Cooking Time: 5 Minutes


  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Peach
  • 1 Handfull of Raspberries
  • 1 Handfull of Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Salt (optional)



Dice everything up and throw it together!


Use the lemon juice and salt (optional) to sprinkle overtop of the food.
