Raw Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Who doesn’t love Chocolate Pudding!??

If you are vegan or raw, and miss the desserts you use to eat, don’t fear, this will cheer you right up!  It is delicious, filling, and very healthy for you.  Simple as ever to make too!

A perfect dessert for a late night movie, or a mid day snack.

Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Raw Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Serves: 3 Cooking Time: 5 Minutes


  • 1/2 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Filtered Water
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Organic Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup Grade B or Honey
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • Coconut Shavings (for garnish)



Blend all ingredients together in your blender (I am now using my amazing Vitamix!!) until at your desired thick and creamy consistency. If it gets a little too thick and hard for the blender to blend, add some more water, or even coconut/almond milk.


Garnish with coconut shavings and serve!
