Mango Smoothie Bowl

I know it’s winter time, but my husband and I just discovered a new organic food grocery store around us!  Why is this relevant to a mango smoothie?  Because we bought a Sunfood Superfood Smoothie mix, and we had to use it!  I am sure there will be more to come with this superfood powder, but anyways I needed an excuse to eat it.  So we bought frozen mangos, frozen peaches, and used up some of our frozen fruit mixture:)  This is topped with scoops of my favorite new sorbet by Sorbabes, the raspberry flavor this time.  And some cocoa nibs and coconut flakes!  You can add whatever you please to yours, get creative!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup - Mango
  • 1 Cup - Peaches
  • 1/2 Cup - Pinapple
  • 1/4 Cup - Strawberries
  • 2 Scoops - Sunfood Superfood Smoothie Blend
  • 1 1/2 Cups - Apple Juice
  • Optional - 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together in a blender or Vitamix.
  2. Add more juice to make more liquidy, or more frozen fruit to make it thicker.
  3. Scoop out into a small bowl or a large cup, and sprinkle with your favorite toppings!

Notes

I suggest topping your bowl with coconut flakes, coco nibs, frozen fruit, berries, etc! Try something new, get creative;)
